365 Project - 21st week

Here are the photos for the 21st week of my 365 project. I didn't plan to do all birds, but it turned out that way. In some ways, it was easier to do than other subjects. These guys are at our feeders all day long and all I needed was some patience. Whomever (whoever?) "posed" the longest got featured that day.   On the downside, they move around...a lot!  Oh, and the weather helped, too. I couldn't very well take a photo outside if it's pouring rain like it is right now.

I love all of these birds, but some of the photos turned out better than others. My favourites are: 1,3, 4 and 7.

See you next week!

  1. Perfect photos of the beautiful birds.
    Love all of them.

  2. I missed your week of backyard birds. Wonderful shots! And I know how difficult it is to get a bird to sit still.

How nice that you can get an oriole at the feeder. I have to go to the nature park to see them, they've never shown up in my yard.

Thanks so much for your comment. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I've been getting lots of spam comments, so I'm turning on word verification to help keep spammers away. I know it's a pain; I don't like it either. Hopefully, in time I'll be able to turn it off again. Thank you!
